Here's the deal. My wife's PC has been using OneCare for a year -- then expired. She recently bought a new Vista PC and I then bought another OneCare subscription -- boxed version from Costco -- and installed it on the new PC. It worked for a week, but now says "status at risk."
When I click on the "help" button, it just sends me to a MS web page. When I click on the "update" button, it tells me the subscription has expired and it is less than a month old!
