  Hi Ya   In Fix It Centre Automated Troubleshooters no matter which problem you click on up pops a box with the words

  An Error Has Occurred while troubleshooting,and underneath An unexpected error occerred,the troubleshooting wizard cannot continue.

  Have you any idea how to solve this problem.
