sync roys2.1 under win 2.1: when does sync start ?

  Hello

  I am just wondering when the sync starts ? some new Folder/file are copied
  mostly instantly to my NAS, but others just needs......a very long time (hours) until they appear
  on the NASlog only says: started.....

  howto be sure what is sync ? when ?
