DVD player disabled RRS feed

    After installing One Care the dvd players stopped working they are listed in the device manager with yellow exclamations

    it says the drivers can not be loaded because they are corrupt or missing. this happened on all three machines I installed on. please help

    And what CD/DVD burning software is installed on the PC? Nero, Roxio, etc?

     

    Although this tool is typically used if the drives disappear from explorer after removing software, it may work to correct your problem - http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_cd_dvd_fix.htm
