Exporting report from CRM client for Outlook - Ask for credentials RRS feed

  • Hello all,

    We have an online CRM and we use it through the CRM client fot outlook. When we try to export a report we get redirected to the Windows live credentials page instead of it exporting the report.

    Everything works fine when we use the online site through IE.

    It's a real bother for us, do you have any ideas why is this happening?

    It helped me understand a bit better what is happening.  

    Unfortunately, it couldn't solve my problem.  

    This issue that I'm having doesn't come from the machine.  I've come to understand that it is Server related (or so I think).

    I tried exporting report through another organization's CRM and it worked like a charm without credentials prompt using the same machine.

    I will check configuration of the servers in play but it will help me if someone can point me to the right configuration.
