Nunit Runtime Failure RRS feed

  • Question

  • I encountered this error "Warning 3 There was a mismatch between the processor architecture of the project being built "MSIL" and the processor architecture of the reference "nunit-x86", "x86". This mismatch may cause runtime failures. Please consider changing the targeted processor architecture of your project through the Configuration Manager so as to align the processor architectures between your project and references, or take a dependency on references with a processor architecture that matches the targeted processor architecture of your project. Demo_SeleniumWebDriver"

Whilst trying to set external program in Debug tab to C:\Program Files\Nunit 2.6.3\bin\nunit-x86.exe .

  • Hi,

Visual Studio Unit Testingmainly discusses the Visual Studio Unit test issues. It seems that you get the issue when you work with Nunit which is out of support range of this forum. In this case, please consult on Nunit support forum/community: http://nunit.org/index.php?p=contactUs  for better support.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

  • Have you tried compiling your project with specific platform(x86 or x64)?

I think that may be the reason for this.

or else have you tried 64 bit version of nunit ?
