Sent email using CRM 4.0 web(outlook) client RRS feed

    Hi all,

     

    When I am sending email from CRM 4.0 web(outlook) client it doesn't appearing in the outlook sent items.Is it normal?

  • You will find this option in the OutLook.

    Click on the CRM menu in Outlook - > Click Options -> Click Email Tab.

    You will find the option there.

  • Yes it is. I've just tested this. You will not see the email in the sent folder even if you have configured the users account to send and recieve email using the outlook client.

  • Sorry typo error.

    You WILL see the email in the sent folder if you have configured the user to send email using the outlook client. Even if you send the email from the MS CRM pages in the outlook client.

  • Go to Settings -> Administration -> Users -> Open the Users record -> 
    Set the "Email access Configuration" 

    Also within MS Outlook. Click on the CRM menu -> Click Options -> Click Email Tab -> Check "Allow MS CRM to send email using the CRM for Outlook" option.
