MVP blogging

Question
-
I am working on becoming an MVP and have the need for a powerful blog system that I can upload .NET code samples (C# and eventually C++) to without painful formatting issues. I also would like to upload - downloadable projects. The most important thing to me is the .NET code formatting. It would be awesome if there was a blog that had the same formatting system that the MSDN forums has. I tried the http://blogs.msdn.com/ , but I am unable to login with my account. I don't know if these forums are for paying subscribers only or what? What do you all recommend?

According to what I know, only Microsoft Employees can have a blog on MSDN and/or TechNet.
Bye.
