  I had implemented the security in SSRS report based on current users account check with Project server windows user account in dataset. On the basis of the It shows the data. Its kindaa easy to setup in SSRS but not very sure how you can do that BI Excel services report.The belwo links talks about the implementation of Security of PS in reports:
