Instagram from Microsoft Store RRS feed

  • Question

  • I went to the Microsoft Store and loaded the Instagram app onto my laptop with Windows 10. It loaded, sort of, but will not display stories or postings or pics or anything else and simply has little dots, ......, streaming across the top. When I try to load a pic, it can only come from camera file, not the camera or usb or the laptop storage, including cloud.

Why does Microsoft offer this app when any access with apple does not allow it to work properly?

OR how can this problem be fixed? I talked to Best Buy and other retailers and they are telling all prospective buyers of Windows computers that access and use of instagram has major problems, thus sending many buyers to chromebooks or apple products

  • This is "where is" forum for direction on where best to ask questions. With that in mind I'd try asking the publisher / developer (Instagram) or you can also ask for help from other users over here.
