Same Email is being sent 10 times. RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I have created a workflow which will send an email when an opportunity is ceated.

    I have CRM 4.0 & email router installed and configured.

    And the email server is exchange server 2003.

    What happens is, whenever an opportunity is created, same email is being sent 10 times.

    When I check the workflow the status is "Succeeded".

    When I am checking the system job, it says, "The message delivery failed. It must be re-submitted for any further processing".

    I have uninstalled & install the email router.  Same issues.

    Any ideas/ help is appreciated.

  • Verify the email recipients. If there are email recipients (not reachable to deleted emails) to which it will retry to send email since it is not able to complete the process.

    try with a singe defined email address wether you are able to resolve the issue.
