  • Hi. Not sure what I did, but all of the files on the LM desktop are now in duplicate and I cannot delete them. Basically, I was having problems syncing and when i tried to re-install the set up, I somehow created a second folder with the ending "001" ... ergo everything in duplicate. I have removed and deleted all the files from my laptop and disconnected the LM from my pc, but nothing seems to change the LM content and I cannot delete the folders from LM. Other facts: I am on a mac, my colleagues are on pcs, we all have rights to change and edit, the syncing never really worked properly for me, and my colleagues often uploaded documents that I could then never open from my laptop, only from the LM server directly.

  • Hi, Kristina.
    Where are the duplicates? Are they on the Live Desktop in duplicated folders or are they duplicate files within the existing folders?
    Or are they duplicates within folders on your Mac?
