Can't see partner forums

Question
-
One of our users cannot see the Dynamics (Partner) Forums. Others can see those forums just fine. The person having trouble is associated with our Microsoft partner organization and can log into the Microsoft forums using the correct Windows Live ID, they already have a profile set up, they simply do not have the "Dynamics (Partner)" section in their list. What do we need to do to give them that?
Thanks!

Sachin,
We got this straightened out. Or rather, it just started working on its own after a while.
Thanks.

Hi -
Step for Partner Affiliation (to add partner affiliation)
Steps to Enroll in Partner Community:
1. Associate your Windows Live ID with an existing member organization in the Microsoft Partner Network Program.
2. Refer to first-time user guidance to configure the user profile on forums.
3. Wait for 48 hours for your account to be affiliated as a partner. Note: Otherwise, you will get "You are not authorized to perform this action” error when signing Forums.
4. Load http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/categories, click Sign In on the top right corner, and sign in by using your associated LiveID.
Categories with “(Partner)” will be visible and those are the communities specific for Microsoft partners.
5. Submit a tech thread.
Please feel free to get back to us if you encountered any difficulty.
Thanks!

We got this working for our people yesterday. What we think fixed it, was that we recieved the following link from one of the forum threads, and when we used it, it worked.
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en/partnerdynamicsgp/threads
We are not 100% sure that is what fixed it or if it was an email that we sent to our TPAM, and she fixed it for us.
All in all though, it is working now.
Thank you for the assistance.

Does users display name is affiliated with Microsoft Partner Tag.
Whether he was having access to the partner forum before?
Please provide the display name of the user who is having problem accessing partner forum.
