MP3 audio files do not load when creating content

  I add mp3 files to the intro template they just dont load - in the preview pane it loos as if I have not added the file at all.... I haveadjusted all the setting for audio on my computer, the file is in MP3 format as required...I can see no reason for it not loading.

  Please advise urgently.
