Hi,
Synch'ing appointements between Outlook (on Office 365) and CRM Online works but I've the following problem:
- an appointment is create in CRM (or in Outlook and 'track in CRM')
- the user get the appointment in its Outlook calendar, that's fine
- the user "copy" this appointment in Outlook
At that point there are 2 Outlook appointments but there are both linked to the same and unique CRM appointment
Is there a way to track and manage that "copy" action in Outlook ?
