Above all, please speak English. I cannot speak Portuguese.
Please understand that if a computer is designed for Windows XP, we may not able to find a driver for Windows 7 as device manufacturer may not continue develop drivers for old devices.
If you know the exact model and brand of the display card, let's find the newest driver and install it. Here are the website of ATI and NVIDIA:
ATI:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
NVIDIA:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
Also we can contact the computer manufacturer to see if there is any newer driver available.
