when Chinese language package published for windows 7？

  i want to knowledge when microsoft will publish Chinese language package for windows 7(RC7100) ,because i've seen from the "windows update files"that microsoft has published other countries' language package for win7 recently.

  without Chinese language package i met lots of problem when us OS-win7,so if someone know something about this ,please reply my question.Thanks!
