    Are you receiving any error codes or messaging indicating a problem? I noticed you are running XP Pro volume edition. Are you working @ a large corporation or business where volume licensing are used? If so why does the product key need changed? I recommend for you to contact the systems administrator for guidance. Thank you very much.

  • I want to use Geniune Kit to legalize our pirated copies (i don't want to reinstall OS - i just want to change a key)... Actually I am system administrator Smile I'm reciving "Product Key could not be updated on your computer. This may be due to technical difficulties or network  connectivity issues" when i'm trying to change key with Key Update Tool. What is "Volume Edition" ?

  • Morning Sun,

     

    Have you visited http://www.microsoft.com/genuine ? After you purchase the WGA kits you can attempt to use the Product Key update tool. Please keep in mind it may be better to perform a fresh installation on all your machines. The reason is if you don't know where or who installed the current version of Windows on the systems there may be maleware and other issues. Please keep this in mind before making a decision.

    Please re-try again. You have have had a temporary connection problems previously. Also please test your connection prior downloading by visiting another website.
