    Whether is available in OWA the CRM menu (if CRM Outlook client installed)?

  • Unfortunatly No. 

    Emails sent from OWA will not be tracked regardless of if you've if configured the user account to track via email router or outlook client.

  • Further to Jim's post you can host/access MS CRM v4.0 over the internet via IFD (Internet facing deployment). This will allow users to send emails from the MS CRM interface and view any tracked emails.
