Access Rights Problem....help RRS feed

  • Hi all

     

    2 users with the same security roles:

    while one of them can login into crm

    the other one is facing the following error message:

     

    Insufficient Permissions

    the logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to view these records or perform the the specific action.

     

     

    any suggestions ??

  • You can try using "Access Checker" to idntify the missing permission.

  • my suggestion to use CrmDiagTool and enable trace to get more details on this

  • Is it CheckPrivlieage error? If so you can try to find the rights by querying against DB using check Privilieage id.
