Sharath,
"Office Communicator" refers to the full client software and "Office Communicator Web Access" refers to a server-role that host a web service based OC client similar to that of Outlook Web Access for Exchange. Basically on is a client you install on workstations and the other is web service you install on a server for client access without the standard OC client or for remote/external access from kiosks and other web-connected computers.
You can find the evaluation software for OCS 2007 R2 here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/bb684921.aspx

Jeff,
Thanks for your input.Where as I have few more question.
I just want to confirm my understanding.
What i understood is, in server side i have to install "Office Communication Server 2007 R2", and in client side i have to install "Office Communicator" or no installation (only browser is enough) if i am using "...Web access" right...?
and is there any other Server Installation for "....Web access"?
Is there any difference between the Services or Options in OC and "OC Web Access". I mean, i am getting all these - A/V Conferencing, instance Message, chat, Call forward, Desktop Sharing, ect.. in both the method, right...?
I think these are the basics, but i don't have much time to do reaseach on these.
Hope i can get some inputs regarding this too.
Thanks...

The R2 release is for both the server and client pieces, so there are both OCS 2007 server/client and OCS 2007 R2 server/client installations.
Typically the full client is used on coporate workstations and the Communicator Web Access (CWA) component is added additionally. The web-baased CWA client does not perform all the functions that the full client does; for example none of the VoIP Enterprise Voice functionality can be used with CWA.
