i path the exam mta but don't recive Certificate message on e-mail

No, the certificate is not sent in e-mail. Instead, you receive an e-mail with instructions for registering at the MCP website. Once you have registered, you will find within the site a link for downloading your certificates.

If you didn't receive the email or you didn't register at the MCP site, you can contact the Regional Service Center (RSC) to get the problem fixed. The contact phones for the RSC are linked from the bottom of the main Learning page (www.microsoft.com/learning).
