Does microsoft still offer second chance deals for certification exams?

I am looking at doing the 70-680 exam and a few weekes ago noticed all these offers for paying a little extra for a second chance in case you failed the exam but now I caanot find the offer, on the microsoft or prometric sites? If this offer is still available then can someone please show me the link. Thanks

If I recall correctly, the offer expired on June 30.
