Unable to get all 25 configured Team Call Group phones to ring/alert RRS feed

  • I have been testing the extensiveness of how much we can use Team Call Group, TCG suports up to 25 users in the list.  We have only been able to get 1/3 of the people in the list to be rung / alerted (phones/OC clients).  We've thought that the MPOP limit at 8 may be stopping the call forking from going to all 25.  We have mixed people up on the list and the calls consistently go to the top 8 users in the list.  I also wonder if the calls are actually forking to 25 end points beings that many of the users have both Communicator and UC Desk phones or even COMO perhaps and because it is hitting 25 end points, rather than 25 users that it is preventing the call from being forked further.

    Wondering if anyone else out there is using TCG to this extent, if so have you come up on this issue before?
