    1:30 AM 10/5/2015
    1) Upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 as a Local user administrator Express Setting Install; 

    2) Created Live email account as standard user;

    Issue:

    Windows 10 Main Menu not accessible from standard user account. Only standard desktop available to standard user account. No access to apps, pressing Windows logo key does not open Main Menu.

     IE11 icon not on Standard Desktop or Taskbar; Windows File Explorer shortcut placed on desktop and pinned to taskbar.

    I'd ask in the Windows 10 forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.
