  • My Windows One Care does recognize me as Administrator although that is what I see in Control Panel.  I am running Vista Premium.

  • Hello cylabat, you should only need administrator privileges to change settings in One Care and you should see a User Account Control prompt to elevate your privileges when you attempt to change settings. If I have misunderstood your issue please post back what action you are attempting to perform in One Care and the exact message you see that denies the action.
