I need help keeping others from getting onto user accounts at start up RRS feed

    Hi, my problem is a 13 year old who is able to get access to areas of the pc that I don't want him on. I know he can do this at the beginning of boot up and is able to access other user accounts change his limited account into an administrator's account. I need to know is there any way I can add or activate some type of security feature to prevent this from happening again? Some files are very private and at no time do I want him to have the ability to get into them or change his account from limited to administator. Please help if you have any suggestions.
