What browser are you using? I use Windows Edge and have not noticed this, so it may be browser related.
I do notice different fonts when I paste text from elsewhere. The fix then is to go to the HTML editor (click the button labeled "HTML" in the editor) and remove all style tags (between and including angle brackets, "<" and ">"). Not pretty, but it works. Should also work in your case.

Good Question. I'm using Chrome.
I don't use Edge anymore because the support is poor. Also, Chrome supports more HTML5 features so it usually works better with the modern web.
