Ok. How do I do that? I have never heard of the Concierge before.

log in to your MSDN account - the Concierge is the 'point-of-contact' for all problems.

    Windows 7 Enterprise is a Volume-license-only product.
Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
If you purchased this product retail, then you have been sold a counterfeit.

  • As I stated, this is from my MSDN subscription. There is no way this is a counterfit as I got the key from the MSDN site last week.

MSDN Keys aren't usually KMS (but things may have changed since I was a member)
I suggest that you contact the Concierge for assistance.
