Purchased WinXP - Does it look genuine or not?

Question

So, last time I was here, I had a problem with my WinXP. It wasn't genuine..and I am now happy to own a WinXP OEM, purchased through an online retailer.
Does it look genuine or not?

Hello NeoGen,
After installation please validate again. Visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine then locate the "Validate Windows" button in the upper right hand corner. Please double click on the button and follow the guidance. Should you experience any problems please run the MGA Diagnostic tool and post the results back in the same thread:
Download and run the utility at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 , then click the
Windows tab, Copy to Clipboard, then paste the report into a New Post on this Forum.
Step 2 is tell us about the COA. Tell us:
1. What edition of Windows XP is it for, Home, Pro, or Media Center?
2. Does it read "OEM Software" or "OEM Product" in black lettering?
3. Or, does it have the computer manufacturer's name in black lettering?
4. DO NOT post the Product Key.
5. Please also provide a short description of the issue you are experiencing.NOTE: The data collected with the Genuine Diagnostics Tool does NOT contain any information that can
personally identify you and can be fully reviewed, by you, before being posted.
Thank you,

NeoGen,
First, ya gotta admit that's one crappy picture
---too much flash and too far away!!
But, from what I can see (which ain't much) it looks like it should.
For the record, no one can look at a picture of an XP license kit and say for sure if it is genuine---heck, even Microsoft farms that task out to a cryptographic laboratory.
Here's what has been posted on microsoft.com, compare what you have to it (if you have XP Home the pamphlet will be green and of course the CoA will read XP Home Edition at "C"):

That's EXACTLY the same envelope I got!
The reason why I asked, is because the "sender" of the box that I recieved was from a factory other than the retailer I bought it from. The image shows the envelope shown in exhibit 1. And the sticker you showed me [exhibit 2] looks exactly like the one stickered on the wrap [in the image I posted].
But I'll give the installation a go. Since that post confirms everything.
(And the image is crispier in a larger resolution sized image - I intentionaly shrunk the image for privacy.)
