Hello phxhikergirl,
What is the source of the product key (IOW, where and what are you looking at to see the product key that you are typing)? Are you looking at the Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) with a product key printed on it, on the computer's case (or bottom
if a laptop); or are you looking at a yellow-orange Proof of License label that came inside the retail package you bought; or are you looking on a Certificate of Authenticity with the product key printed on it, that is affixed to a thin white folding
cardboard CD sleeve?
Are you installing a stand alone copy of the individual product Outlook 2007, or is your Outlook 2007 part of an Office 2007 suite?
And I take it that you are receiving the invalid product key error right at the beginning of Setup when it tells you to type in your 25 character product key.
