  • I am not sure if this is the right place or app to asked this but i worked at a Public Adjuster/Appraiser we are looking into a software that would allow the field personnel to fill out a editable form submit it to the CRM software then notify by email when submitted form arrive so that we can start working on it then be able to send email updated to client and insurance company when needed then be able to add and edit addition form when needed

    Any Suggestion or ideas

  • All the features in your requirement are available in Dynamics CRM as out of the box. Your field personnel can access CRM and fill out the forms and create records. You can use a CRM workflow to notify your staff every time a CRM record is created. And can create another workflow to send the email to the client too once you are done with the case/application/record.
