I have run into a problem with a few MSDN Subscription ISOs where the SHA1 value does not match the value shown on the download site. It appears that the wrong ISO image was placed on the download site.
For example:
From the download site:
File Name: en_project_professional_2016_x86_x64_dvd_6962236.iso
Languages: English
SHA1: 608277E9CB873BC30B69FAEE3D9E69770CC53C15
From fciv.exe:
//
// File Checksum Integrity Verifier version 2.05.
//
8a749d34fcd466614f1c9f632f44f4f7 en_project_professional_2016_x86_x64_dvd_6962236.iso
Where do I report this. Please don't refer me to the Project forums as this problem is occurring on multiple products. It is an MSDN download site quality control issue.
Microsoft needs to setup an automated run that compares the SHA1 values on the download site with the SHA1 values that fciv.exe generates and replace all of the ISO images that fail the comparison.
Edit: The checksums do match -- I left out the -SHA1 flag. However, the project ISO installs Office. So even through the checksum is correct the ISO is not.
