I have this problem, I have a genuine windows 7 professional cd key but I dont have the cd/dvd to boot from, I havent bought this product, it comes with my laptop.
I want to know if there is a download link where i can get my OS or what am I suppoused to do.

Contact the manufacturer for a set of recovery disks for your computer - they will send the to you for a relatively nominal sum.

i live in the country where my laptop company do not give any services.In short i am unable to get a recovery cd.is there any method by which if i provide my cd key Microsoft give me a cd or download link.

No - part of the contract between MS and the OEM is that the OEM is responsible for supporting the Operating System, and it's they who must replace the disks.
Which OEM? Where are you?
