A/V Calls disconnect after a few seconds. RRS feed

  • Hi,

     

    I have an issue with A/V Calls. 

     

    My Current Setup is:

     

    1 Edge Server

    1 Front End

     

    Edge Server has 2 NICs with the following:

     

    Internal Interface: 10.x.x.23

     

    Access Edge Server

     

    Federation External:  10.x.x.33: 5061

    Remote Access External:  10.x.x.33: 443

    Internal IP/Port : 10.x.x.23: 5061

     

    Web Conferencing Edge Server

     

    External IP/Port : 10.x.x.35: 443

    Internal IP/Port : 10.x.x.23: 8057

     

    A/V Edge Server

     

    External IP/Port (TCP) : 217.x.x.103: 443

    External Port Range:  50000-59999

    Internal IP/Port (TCP) : 10.x.x.23: 443

    A/V Authentication Port:  10.x.x.23: 5062

     

    IM works internally and Externally.

     

    When making A/V Call the call rings, answers and then after approximately 5-10 secs disconnects.

     

    In the event Log i get the following error:

     

    Ms-client-diagnostics: 52031; reason="Call terminated on media connectivity failure"

     

    At present i have self signed certificates until the relevent checks have been complete on my requests for public certificates.
