On one of my clients we have problem with connection to server. Problem is that on Windows Vista and Office 2010 or Office 2007 client can't connect via
Outlook CRM client. On other side if computer is Windows 7 with Office 2010 Outlook client's can connect.
I have contacted Microsoft Support and from logs they say that problem is in local Serbian settings, and that error is in Vista not in CRM.
Possible solution from support is to run updates for VISTA.
On client machine updates are running, and there is installed Serbian language and regional settings.
In CRM client trace there is following error:
Exception occurred during outlook interop: System.ArgumentException: Culture ID 9242 (0x241A) is not a supported culture.
Parameter name: culture
at System.Globalization.CultureTableRecord.GetCultureTableRecord(Int32 cultureId, Boolean useUserOverride)
Usually this error means that Culture ID 9242 (0x241A) (Serbian language ID) is not installed within the Windows
but its installed.
Can someone assist?
