install problems with error 0014-80072efd

I have the cd for onecare but i can not get pass this message when i insert the cd 'network problems are preventing windows live one care installation from continuing at this time. please check you network connection and then try again. if the problem still occurs click get help' and the error id id : 0014-80072efd. i have alos when through all the get help but still nothing.

Error 0014 means that there was a problem downloading the list of files that the installer needs in order to proceed with the installation.
