Downgrade rights for Win 8 pro OEM

  Hello,

  I've read help pages for downgrading and a couple of guides on the internet but I couldn't get a definitive answer.

  I'm an end user, building desktop PC for myself. And I plan to buy Windows 8 pro OEM separately from the computer, which I want to install myself, and then downgrade to Windows 7 until I can actually use W8. And here is my question:

  - Will Windows bought and installed (ie not preinstalled by an OEM partner) this way have downgrade rights? Help pages say that I must "Purchase a PC preinstalled with Windows software."
