CRM help for changing a view RRS feed

  • I need some guidance. When I go to add columns to a view like My Active Accounts. There are no choices to pick to add to that view. They use to be all there like city, state, contact name, etc. Now under each drop down menu it's blank. how do I get these choices back??

    I think the view to which you are trying to add columns has all the possible fields in it. Can you confirm me this please?

    Plus try to delete your cookies and cache and restart your internet explorer please. And could you check if this is happening in chrome as well?

    If these don't help send a screenshot of the issue you are facing please?
