Stabilizing without accelerating : why sound is lost ?

  I use this program to stabilize family videos taken with an APN (Canon PowerShot S100).

  It works fine for this.

  But I have to collect the sound (with AVS audio editor), and then, when Hyperlapse has proceeded, paste it (with AVS video editor) on the stabilized video. Its time consumming and quality lossy (sound and pictures).
  

  I understand that, when time scale is shortened, initial sound cannot fit with the result. But, when timescale is unchanged,

  could you not offer the user the possibility of keeping the original sound ?
