  • Dear Crimsonbladefighter,

    It appears from your diagnostic report that you may not have Activated Windows (Windows License Type: Retail). Please take the following steps to ensure Windows is Activated:

    1. Right click on your "My Computer" / "Computer" icon and select properties.

    2. Scroll down to the last header, which should be "Windows activation".
    3. If Windows has not yet been activated, do so now.
    4. Try redeeming the offer again.
