  I am having the same problem trying to buy onecare when it thinks my computer is not online even though it is as i am surfing the net at the same damn time!

  If that doesn't help, something is preventing OneCare from making a connection to the servers. It could be settings in IE or it could be other security software blocking the connection. If you continue to have problems, please contact support.
