My OneCare firewall won't let me receive incoming email. Outgoing is fine. When I disable the firewall, everything is fine. How do I configure the firewall so I don't have to disable it and still get all my email?
OneCare does not block email. This is most likely due to other security software that performed email scanning still being on the PC or not having been completely removed. Symantec/Norton products are notorious for this problem. You should run their removal tool -
