This should be a business computer with the volume license version of Windows 7 Pro installed onto it.  What validation process are you talking about?  If the validation is of hooking to a KMS host to validate the install and that is failing then you need to contact your IT department for assistance.  This reactivation (validation) must be done periodically to ensure the proper license is on the computer.

    "Key Management Service (KMS)

KMS enables product activations on the local network. This eliminates the need for individual computers to connect to Microsoft for product activation. It is a lightweight service that does not require a dedicated system and can easily be co-hosted on a system that provides other services. A computer is required to be configured as a KMS host. The KMS host contains a customer-specific volume license key (KMS host key) for each product to be activated and connects one time to Microsoft hosted servers for activation. Computers that are running Windows Server 2003, Volume License editions of Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2 operating systems can be configured as Office 2010 KMS hosts."

If this is a personal computer not owned and operated by a business you should not have this edition of Windows on the computer.  It will entail purchasing a retail full install of Win 7 and a total reinstall of the operating system.  You may have a legal license to another version of Windows.  You can look on the computer to find a COA and that will tell you what version of Windows is licensed for the computer.  That version can then be reinstalled to make the computer "legal" and if you don't have the recovery media for the computer then you should contact the manufacturer of the computer for a set of recovery disks at a minimal cost (if available.)  If it has a version of XP or Vista on the COA then you could use an upgrade version of Win 7 after a full reinstall of the original operating system.

You have one other issue and that is for your installation of Office Pro Plus.  You have a blocked Volume License Key.  Again, this is a business product that is not legally sold to individuals in single copies but it is a widely counterfeited product that is sold to unsuspecting persons on eBay, Amazon Market place and the other auction sites.  If this is part of the business install you need again to contact the businesses IT department for them to determine what happened to have the key blocked.

If this is your personal computer you should demand a refund from the place purchased and also file a piracy report to Microsoft at www.microsoft.com/piracy.&nb sp; You may also be eligible for a discounted copy of Office.  See http://www.microso ft.com/genuine/default.aspx for more information.
