CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 - How to Install? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

we are using MS CRM 2013 On-Premise. 2 days back I was looking for Service Pack 1 installation on my CRM Server. I check this from Windows Update and got update for Roll up 2. I have install that. but I did not get Service Pack 1 Update on this.

How should I know that is Service Pack 1 is install on my CRM Server automatically or not since Windows Updates has been configured automatically apply.

Later I guess if that is already install then how can I apply service pack 1 changes into my Organization? I tried to go in Administrator -> Setting -> Product Updates

but here it redirect me to Microsoft site to subscribe for product updates. nothing else I found here. however after installing Update roll up 2 Navigation colors are changes to blue.

Can some one please help me in installing Service Pack 1 on my CRM Server?

  • This is the download url for SP1.

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=43109

To ensure if you have installed SP1, please go to Wheel button beside your Photo on top right, click About. Check the version, SP1 should start with Version like 6.1

    Thanks.

  • And Once you install the Service Pack 1, Go to Settings-> Administration -> Install Product Updates to complete the installation. Then you can see the changes in the CRM System.

    Thanks,
