Can't insert admin credentials on remote control

Question
-
Hi,
Our company is running 16 individual laptops with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 OS in our 16 outlets.
The laptops are operated by the salespeople as standard users without administrative rights.
I often connect to these laptops remotely with the application TeamViewer.
When I want to install software or add a printer etc. UAC window pops up and requests administrative credentials. However, although some laptops let me insert the admin password and allow me to take the action with admin rights, other laptops freeze the UAC window as soon as I try and put in the first digit and I cannot install any applications etc.I believe it is a setting that must be switched on to allow the administrative password input but I couldn't find it. Otherwise remote access on a computer running with standard user rights becomes pointless.
I would appreciate your help.- Moved by Sheng Jiang 蒋晟 Monday, January 25, 2016 9:49 PM not dev related, use answers.microsoft.com instead.

I'd also try from the console to confirm if a windows or teamviewer issue then ask over here.
