Remote Web Access gets Media Library Error when trying to open pictures folder

When login in thru Remote Web Access, it fails to open the Pictures folders with the following error "An error has occurred on the server. Please try again later. If the error continues, view Support Information for help." Has anyone seen this issue before? This may have started a few weeks ago not sure.
