Cannot activate office 2007 via internet or phone

Question
-
I cannot activate my software via internet or telephone because it says that I have exceeded the amount of times it can be activated. It keeps asking me how many different computers I have activated this software on, but to be honest, I have no idea. I had to pay for this program and I refuse to have to pay for it again. What can I do to fix this problem?! Thanks in advance!Saturday, February 13, 2010 10:16 PM

Hello StephNWill,
I do not have a lot of experience with the academic side of Microsoft's licensing procedures, specifically, the multitude of different licensing agreements that Microsoft has with different higher educational institutions as well as the many different suppliers of academic software that there seem to be on the internet.
My only advice to you, given the circumstances and the details of your situation, would be to contact the supplier of your software, JourneyEd, and report the problem you are experiencing to them directly for resolution.

I purchased this program from my online university's catalog. It was Journey something that I bought it from. I have had the software for 2 years and never had a problem with it. It is Microsoft Office Professional 2007. Anything else?
I also used a credit card to purchase my program.Saturday, February 13, 2010 10:51 PM -
