SyncToy-2.1: Unmodified e-mails get replaced.

  When synchronizing folders between Windows-Vista <-> USB-stick <-> Windows-7 and the other way around, I always get many e-mails (filename.eml) being replaced which were unmodified. Is there any way to avoid that? I'm using SyncToy-2.1 on both computers. Thank you very much in advance.
