Ah - that explains a lot then - they gave you the disks for another machine, and the License isn't valid. The only thing you can do is to revert back to the Vista Business that the machine is licensed for, unless you want to shell out for a legal Win7 license (You could use an Upgrade pack for this, but you should still start by reinstalling the original OS)If you don't have the original Dell Recovery discs, then either get hold of your friend's work and ask them for them, or contact Dell direct and buy get them from there. (shouldn't cost too much)

Windows Activation Technologies-->HrOffline: 0x00000000HrOnline: 0xC004C533For some reason there is an 'invalid data' flag showing. This could be for a number of reasons, but is not explained in the report, so a couple of questions are in order.Did your machine come with Win7 Professional installed? - if not, for what version of Windows is it licensed, according to the COA sticker on the machine, and from where did you get the upgrade or reinstall material? If your machine has a COA sticker for Win 7 Professional, then for some reason, Windows is unable to properly read the BIOS SLIC table - and this can be cured by changing the product key to the one on the sticker, and using telephone activation.
